This program requires Administrator rights in order to run. This might be the cause why you can't start it. To overcome this, right click on its icon and select Run as Administrator. Also, the program is designed to run on Windows XP or Windows Vista. If you have a newer version of OS, install Windows XP Mode. This will help you run older programs on newer computers.
